It is completely free for patients. Clinics can be listed in the basic directory for free; premium packages are offered for features like featured visibility, detailed statistics, image/logo management, and the ability to reply to reviews.

Patients rate clinics from 1 to 5 across categories like General Satisfaction, Trust, Hygiene, Price/Performance, Staff, and Result Success. The unweighted average is displayed publicly; IP and email checks are performed to detect and prevent multiple fake votes.

You can submit a request via the contact page or choose one of our packages on the Pricing page. Your clinic profile will be published after our approval process. Premium packages are optional.

Premium features include visibility in "Featured" sections, advanced visitor statistics, image and logo uploads, the ability to reply directly to patient reviews, special profile badges, and homepage carousel placements.

Premium clinics can update their information instantly via their management panel. Clinics on the free list can contact our support team to request updates, which are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

You can share your experience by clicking the "Leave a Review" button on any clinic's page and rating them across 6 criteria. Reviews generally appear within 24 hours after passing our moderation process.

Yes. We remove fake or misleading content through strict email verification, IP checking, and manual audits. Reviews with a "Verified Patient" badge come from users who have submitted actual proof of their procedure.

You can choose to hide your name from the public; however, a valid email address is required for our internal verification process. Your email address will never be published.

You can search by clinic name or city from the homepage, or use the advanced filters on the "Clinics" page to narrow down your options by ratings, price range, and specific locations.

In the "Top Clinics" section, you can explore lists such as Best Overall, Most Trusted, Most Hygienic, and Best Value. These lists are dynamically updated based on real patient votes.

You can list clinics in your area by clicking on the major city links on the homepage or simply by typing your destination city into the main search box.

We protect your data with SSL encryption and strict data protection policies. Your email and contact information are never shared with third parties; they are used strictly for notification and verification purposes.

We actively reduce spam through mandatory email verification, IP address checks, automated spam filters, and manual audits by our team. Any suspicious behavior is immediately flagged and removed.
